This checklist covers the tasks included with our routine / recurring cleaning service. Final pricing is based on home condition, size, pets, and number of residents. All quotes require a walkthrough for an accurate price.
Dusting & Surfaces
- Dust all reachable surfaces, furniture, shelves & decor
- Dust picture frames, lamps & knick-knacks
- Dust blinds, window sills & baseboards (surface level)
- Dust ceiling fans & reachable light fixtures
- Wipe door frames, door handles & light switch plates
Floors
- Vacuum carpets, area rugs, upholstery & stairs
- Sweep & mop all hard floors
Kitchen
- Clean counters, backsplash, sink & polish faucet
- Wipe stovetop and exterior of oven, fridge & dishwasher
- Clean inside microwave
- Wipe small appliance exteriors (coffee maker, toaster, etc.)
Bathrooms
- Scrub toilets inside & out
- Clean sinks, counters & fixtures
- Wipe showers, tubs & tile walls
- Wipe mirrors, glass surfaces & chrome
Finishing Touches
- Empty trash bins & replace liners
- Make beds & tidy linens
- General straightening of common areas
